Individuals
In the first session, we’ll assess your current mental game and identify key areas for improvement. Together, we’ll set personalized goals based on your unique needs and athletic aspirations.
Over the next sessions, you’ll work closely with your coach to develop mental strategies for focus, resilience, and confidence. Each session is tailored to address specific challenges, providing you with the tools to enhance your performance.
After completing the sessions, we’ll assess your progress and refine your mental approach. You’ll leave with a solid mental foundation and the skills needed to continue growing on your own.
Mental performance is an ongoing journey, and we’re here to ensure you continue to grow beyond our structured sessions. After completing your initial training, you’ll have access to ongoing support to keep your mental game sharp and adaptable.
Mark is a dedicated coach at Athlos Mental Sports Performance, bringing together a unique blend of clinical expertise, mental performance mastery, and athletic experience to help athletes unlock their full potential. With a deep passion for sports and a commitment to mental well-being, Mark is the ideal guide for those looking to elevate their game both mentally and physically.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Mark possesses a deep understanding of the psychological aspects of human performance. His background in mental health allows him to approach athletic performance with a focus on building resilience, managing stress, and developing the mental tools needed for success both on and off the field.
Having completed the Mental Sports Mastery course (MPM), Mark is equipped with specialized techniques to help athletes sharpen their focus, build confidence, and excel under pressure. His training in mental performance makes him adept at helping athletes of all levels overcome mental blocks and achieve peak performance.
With years of experience as both an athlete and coach, Mark understands the demands of sports firsthand. His personal journey in athletics provides him with the insights and empathy needed to connect with athletes, motivating them to push their limits and reach new heights in their sports careers.
